The information included here is meant to explain the way our studio is operated and what you can expect from the Beginning Ballroom Dance Course.

Following the first 8 week Basic Course will be 8 weeks of Intermediate Bronze. It is a continuation of the first level and consist of review and adding some additional steps, plus a deeper understanding of the steps, timing, lead and follow and putting the steps together so you can feel more comfortable when you go out dancing. Also in this session you will be learning basics to Merengue, Tango, and Salsa/Mambo.

After finishing Intermediate Bronze you will graduate to Advanced Bronze, held at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Then you will progress to Beginning Silver to be held at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
Private Lessons can be scheduled by appointment for those who want a little extra help or want to progress a little faster. Privates are $50 an hour.
We have a monthly calendar to let you know what dances are being taught at the studio. We also have practice dances the 3rd Friday of every month from 8-10:30 p.m. It’s a fun night out to practice your dances to good music, refreshments and a great opportunity to meet new people.
Dress is casual for lessons and it is helpful to wear shoes with leather soles, as rubber tends to be sticky and unfriendly to the knees and ankles. |
